They performed expert diagnostics and based on their input I decide to have them install a new system. The new system was installed the next day by competent trained technicians who knew their stuff. Use them if you need ac service.

Courteous and prompt but way overcharged for the parts and work preformed. Also misleading with the coupons. Couldn't use coupon on the website because they *waived* the $129 service call fee. Isn't it normal practice to not charge an additional fee to come out if the customer is paying for the work to be done? So after the $129 discount I paid $589 to replace a $10 capacitor and $10 contactor that took the technician 20 minutes.

You never know what you are going to get when you deal with any company in South Florida. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is one in a million in that area! They are so professional, they do great work, and there is never a need for them to come back and try to fix what they did not fix the first time around. I have a maintenance plan and they have inspection/maintenance calls, this was the reason for their last visit. They are so accommodating, special arrangements had to be made to get someone in the house to let the repairman in. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. I would never consider using any other HVAC company than One Hour .

Fast accurate maintenance 2 times a year

They are the most professional HVAC contractors I have ever dealt with. I cannot rate them high enough on your 5 star rating system they deserve 10 stars.
