Very satisfied with great service call regarding our A/C unit. Service Technician, Audie, was very quick to respond to the service call. He was very professional and didn t waste any time and gave a thorough diagnosis of the A/C and didn t waste any time. He gave a good summary of issue and was very open to questions and concerns. He exceeded my expectations in every way. He was businesslike, courteous, good communicating. If One Hour is staffed with service technicians as good as Audie then they have a great business. I will not hesitate to use One Hour A/C & Heating for any service that I may need in the future and which they provided.
