Chris arrived promptly on time, having called in advance to let me know he was on his way. He immediately put on shoe covers before entering my house. Not only was he professional, knowledgeable and obviously experienced, he was very nice and friendly. He was also very efficient and didn’t waste time but he was thorough and communicated the problems well. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them myself.

Got to our second home day before Easter and discovered our AC didn’t work and we were hosting the next day. Called multiple companies but only one responded. Chris Lucky drove 2 hours and arrived at our condo at 8:45 PM and fixed it. But that’s not the best part of the experience. The best part was Chris, I would have walked away from the experience happy even if he couldn’t fix it. Chris was professional and engaging and made the process awesome. Can’t recommend this company enough. They saved our Easter celebration and we are grateful.

I had a great experience with Aaron Anderson. He was professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions in regard to my heating & air options. There was no pressure, just honest advice so I could make the best choice. For this reason, I would highly recommend if you need HVAC assistance.

One Hour AC & Heating went above and beyond for us!! They answered our questions and were extremely professional. After two AC systems went out in our house I contacted them and within an hour we had someone out to our house. Highly recommend Chris for any A/C unit issues. He explained everything he did in detail! Will definitely use him again in future.
