After a 4 hour "Preventative Maintenance" visit with a brand new service tech who disconnected the wiring on the outside unit and was unable to reconnect it the unit is unable to maintain the correct level of humidity. It is in the 70's and now there is mold appearing. They have been here at least 17 times over the past 2 years. Manager does not respond to requests for a phone call

I have a new AC unit still under warranty they wouldn't honor my warranty change me 1100 hundred dollars for replacing the fan motor that should have been replaced for about 300 told me that the compressor is bad and needs replaced in instead of replacing it they said I need a whole new unit I found someone to not only honor my warranty but also replaced the compressor for letting then 1000 would not be ever using them again

Amazing! These installers were working in very difficult weather conditions. Very professional and informative. Excellent cleanup and finishing. We had two systems installed in ONE DAY!
