Very thorough. From the first tech visiting , until I had the ductwork installed and the home insulated. They redesigned everything to work more efficiently. My electric bill has taken a significant drop!

They responded quickly when our usual company couldn't make it for 3 days. So guess who our new regular company will now be? Oscar the tech was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Clearly explained the problem, fixed it, and made suggestions for the unit. Great job -thanks Oscar!

Workers were prompt and efficient. They were careful to clean up after their work and make sure that I understood how to work the thermostat. They reassured me to call if there was anything I I needed to be done.

Put in a physical smaller capacitor but said it had the same power. Then talked me into a startup capacitor that the more expensive units have. We will see if this really prevents the capacitor from dying every couple of years. I have paid for labor to have this Goodman outside unit to have the part replaced every two years since it was new.
