VERY SATISFIED
Within 2 hours of filling out the HomeAdvosir form I had contact from this company about the job I needed done. Professionalism, expertise, knowledge and courtesy of personnel was absolutely top notch. Estimate was very reasonable, time frame to complete the job was within a 24 hour period (actually came back to the house the same day to do the work and completed the job). I would, and will highly recommend this company to anyone needing A/C work.....especially under mobile homes.

The customer service was excellent! When I first filled out the form on HomeAdvisor I received a call back very soon after. When I called the company back they were very professional and friendly. The person they sent out was knowledgeable and very nice. He didn't have any problems with me watching while he checked to see what was wrong and he showed me what the issue was when he found it.

the 50 amp breaker their install tech put in my box was a used one to replace the new 60 amp breaker i had installed 1 year ago.also he was neither licensed nor an electrician.the finance company they use D E leasing will not send statements nor allow you to view your account online.they say it is company policy.theey call it a leasing co so they do not have to give you any information.you just have to trust they will not make any errors in the 10 year lease period.are you pay the lease in full it is your equipment.when speaking with one hour about these issues they said it was all explained to me and if i misunderstood it was not their fault. ryan cox said i could pay more if i wanted to but there is no way to find out if you get credited for it due to no monthly statements. or access to your own account.
