when discussing a new system, one brand was quoted, and another brand was installed as i worked. I did not notice at first as the brand name did not appear on the AC handler. the unit was fully installed, and no reply was received from the vendor using the same link that they messaged me. Non-stop before the installation. i also now have a thermometer that does not schedule when my previous one did. i do not trust them to make this right. i will have to het another vendor to install a better one.
