We paid $6500 for a low quality fence with holes put together with staples that leans because they used posts that are too short. We lost a foot of yard space on two sides. Real fencing companies we had to hire for constant repairs always point out the previous installer had no idea what they were doing. I'm still fixing/replacing slats all the time, like yesterday. Save yourself the time and just burn your money if you plan on using them. They respond to reviews but won't explain the use of staples, small posts, and too small panels that lead to the fence pulling apart. Worst job ever!

In response to your review on January 23, 2024: I would like to re-iterate our conversation on March 23, 2022, regarding a repair that was completed in August 2020, which falls under our 1-year warranty policy. One Accord Services takes pride in offering a 1-year warranty for our projects. Your fence project was successfully completed by One Accord Services in August 2020, and we subsequently addressed your concerns with three warranty visits at no charge. During these visits, we diligently removed and replaced each picket that was of concern. We acknowledge receiving your email on March 23, 2022, requesting the warranty be applied to the fence. However, it's important to note that the warranty has since expired, as per our standard policy. Furthermore, it was mentioned in March 2022 that you had hired another contractor. We understand that ongoing maintenance and repairs are crucial, and we emphasize the importance of regular maintenance to ensure the longevity of your fence.

Monique was very prompt in her communication and quote. Willy was so polite and was sure to explain to me what he was doing and why. Both of them made me feel very at ease. I would certainly work with One Accord again!

Excellent email and text communication before, during, and after the project. Price was very reasonable. Very professional and friendly. Billing process was simple. After a few days since project was completed, I keep noticing some things and realizing Iâ m not really satisfied and I will more than likely have to hire another handyman to fix this project.
