Responsive when seeking a quote did not quite do everything as they described to protect the house as they went in and out, not responsive when we had a question after the fact, office staff flustered, but seemed to try hard to be helpful.

They did an absolutely AMAZING job. Last night Hurricane Ida hit this area pretty hard and we have absolutely ZERO water in our basement. The customer service was excellent. After installation there was a small issue, we emailed them and they got back to us immediately (after work hours) and fixed the issue within a few days. They are also very honest and reasonably price. If I could give them a rating higher than 5 stars I would.

Work was done in a timely manner. Done one day early. My only disappointment was that they cut down some drywall we had just installed with our brand new mini Split system. Other than that the basement looks great and they were reachable when needed.

This is a professional customer oriented company, their representative Shaun quickly identified the issue facing us. He walked us through the pros and cons and recommended a course of action. The crew he used was well organized and efficient and accomplished the job well within schedule. The result has been most satisfying. First attempt at remediation was disappointing, but subsequently a more aggressive effort was made. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service and concern. In a time when warranties and customer satisfaction are just lip service, it is a refreshing experience to deal with a company that values its customerâ s concerns. I would recommend you consider Once And Done for your basement waterproofing needs..

Very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and honest about the solution needed for my crawlspace. Significantly less expensive than the large companies, in the order of thousands of dollars. Same warranty as the large companies and goes with the home, regardless of owner.
