Work was scheduled quickly and time frame was set and tech showed up on time and the inspection was very thorough. A bad electric switch was also replaced. I would use them again.

Showed up within the timeframe and called ahead to let me know they would be there shortly which was appreciated. Explained work to be done and made sure to use shoe booties before entering the home. Explained service contract that I placed on both HVAC's and the cost which in my opinion was very reasonable for biannual checkup. My only comment is since I did sign up for their maintenance plan I would expect to receive an email acknowledging this service other than the invoice for work performed. I am not sure if they will be in contact with me to remind me to schedule these appts since it was not done at time of repair or if I am just expected to call.
