My husband and I had Andy look at a house that we were considering purchasing, it needed a lot of things changed and fixed. Andy took a lot of time with us discussing our options and gave us a rough idea of cost to make the house into what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable, nice and really listened to us regarding what we were trying to accomplish. We were given timelines throughout the entire construction process and all were met with our home being completed by the target date. After interviewing several builders, it was clear that Andy was going to be the easiest builder to work with. Over the next year after we selected him as our builder, that proved to be so true. Andy was a pleasure to work with and did a great job building our 5300+ sq/ft custom home in a very reasonable amount of time. Building a house is stressful; Andy's way of doing business takes a lot of the stress out of the process. If I had another home built, it would be with Andy Gruhn!

Andy builds amazing homes. Not only do I work with him as a sub-contractor, he is also building a barndominium for me. He is very organized, easy to work with, and builds top notch homes. To say the very least I'm one HAPPY CAMPER!!

From start to finish, they went way above and beyond, they were quality in details that as a new homebuilder, you donâ t think of until, after the fact, sometimes years, after the fact, I still marvel at the things they thought of for us, that we didnâ t even ask for, that they provided for us to be sure our large family of small children would be taken care of and comfortable for years to come. at the time we were on a very tight budget and they were more than generous. I am beyond grateful to have worked with him and for the quality home they built for our family. They couldâ ve cut corners to save money and make a better profit but instead they just gave us a better home Now that Iâ ve worked with a new builder, Iâ m even more surprised at everything that was included in our home. Heâ s just a standup good community building person that stands by his words and means what he says. When we move back to Washington state Iâ m hoping to build with him again hands-down, I truly canâ t express my gratitude. Andy doesnâ t just build homes he builds communities.

Andy made the home build process enjoyable! Heâ s got a great personality that makes working with him easy and stress free. He finished our large custom him in a relatively short period with great results, and at a good price. I would definitely build with him again.

Andy and his team are very responsive to us as homeowners and will continue to help even beyond moving in. We had some minor things that needed fixing after we moved in and Andy was always responsive to our requests and did so with a warm kind approach.
