    Owner never visited site. Drawings did not coincide with site. A few upsides but overall not worth money paid.

    I talked to them at the end of the day and was told they would probably be a week before they got to me. The next morning I sent the payment and they were here within an hour. Very friendly and answered the questions I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    I think they got a bribe from someone.

    Response from Company:

    Due to unanticipated scheduling conflict, we sent Clarence E. a letter stating our inability to perform the work in a timely manner and included a full refund; we did not charge for any of our preliminary research or efforts to obtain additional information prior to scheduling of a field visit. We are a professional corporation and any suggestion of a bribe is unfounded. - David
