Tom and Adam showed up promptly, picked up the cast iron piano skeleton and moved it out onto the truck. We had them cart away the sound box as well, for a little more money. Perhaps the timing was right. We had been trying to get this piano removed for 2 years, and these (very likeable), strong men made our day! Oh, also, they may be able to recycle the gold colored monster into art.

Tom was very friendly, quick, and reliable in working our garage demo project. However, he failed to pull a demo permit which he said he would do. This has caused numerous problems for us in building a new garage. I should've done it myself.

Hi Brian, in reference to the rather negative review: I just looked over our signed contract and it did not include permitting. I was under the impression from of our conversation that YOU were obtaining the permit. Sorry for the confusion, I wish you had mentioned the oversight when you reviewed the contract and saw no mention of permitting. I've pasted the text of the contract below for your reference. Demolish the roof of the garage and collapse the walls with the excavator Dispose of all materials in dump truck
