They were very professional, and respectful in observing COVID Guidelines. Jaye, the office manager, was extremely helpful,, courteous , and efficient. Her follow up was impeccable. Miguel and his crew worked continuously until the job was completed on time as promised. They provided good photographs providing me with a great visual aid both before and after the job was completed. I was extremely satisfied.

North Shore Brick was very professional. The customer service was amazingly responsive. We called for a quote and they sent a professional out to the house soon after. The quote was competitive. We had North Shore Brick re-do our chimney stack that was falling apart. They had to rebuild it in many areas. They tuckpointed many areas around the house. After the work was complete they painted these areas to match the house. We were impressed with their work and would hire again. The owner of the company stopped by at the completion of the project to make sure we were satisfied with the work.

I am happy to find North Shore Brickwork & Masonry. I've done three small jobs with them. They are easy to do business with, they have the manpower and know-how for a wide range of work, and do a good job with reasonable pricing.
