I can't say enough positive things about the professional window replacement service I received from Chris and his window replacement team. They were courteous, on-time, and professional. The windows are first rate, but importantly, Chris worked with us closely to manage expenses (ALL Window replacement companies and their products are expensive!) and was BY FAR the least expensive of other name brand options. The product installations were excellent with no exceptions. Our only issue was that the manufacturer sent us all but one window which seemed to be lost somewhere from the shipping order - Chris easily replaced the window within a few weeks. Fantastic job and we are VERY pleased with the results!

Delays caused by COVID didnt stop NRW team from getting our windows installed.

Chris and his team did high-quality work. A couple of delays due to corona-virus related supply chain things, but communication was outstanding. Windows look great, price point was highly affordable, and you can really tell the care these guys take through their install. Definitely one of the best contractors I have worked with.

Chris is a great communicator and always kept us updated on the progress. A lot less expensive than other window companies without compromising quality.

Competitive and quality. Even when I thought all work was fine, Chris came back and replaced trim/wrap, to make sure everything was 100% as quality as possible. I appreciate the attention to detail.
