Eddie was thorough in all aspects of the inspection, he climbed the roof and even went into the crawl space. I felt at ease knowing he was certified as a Building Inspector and even gave me copies of his credentials.

Eddie did a very good job and the price was reasonable. I received a report on site as well as digital pictures emailed. I was very pleased with the work. He also worked on my schedule.

I was not given a legible copy of the report. All requests for a report resulted in eblasts with numerous photos of the original.
Response from Company:
Customer was not present for inspection and was 160 miles away, we had agreed that report would be mailed off to her. Then she immediately asked for the report even though she knew it was mailed off. We sent over 100 emails and pictures as well as a faxed copy of the report to her. But she was still frustrated.

Eddie from Nor Cal Building Inspections was on time, and performed a very thorough inspection of my husband's and I's prospective home. He was always responsive within a short period either by phone, text, or email. Eddie's credentials put our mind at ease knowing an educated expert checked it out for us. I highly recommend this company for home inspection if you want the job done right, at a fair price, and in a timely fashion.
