When I contacted Home Advisor, Eddie was the first to call. He listed everything he would look at and made an appointment for the next day. Arrived a bit early and did a very thorough inspection, explained all his findings. He was friendly and encouraged questions. We were very pleased with his work

2-2-2019 - Eddie did a fantastic job for me. I needed an inspector right away and he made himself available and was on time. I was an evacuee from the recent Campfire Paradise fire and had lost everything. I then bought a mobile home two weeks ago and when I moved in I noticed flooring, plumbing, and electrical problems immediately. Mountain View Mobile Acres Home Park had told me that they would have the home inspected but after moving in, I was told they never intended to, telling me I bought the home "as is". Eddie took so much time going over every inch of the mobile from top to even underneath. He found I had dry rot in the flooring throughout from prior flooding that had not been disclosed to me, and caused buckling and waves in the flooring throughout the home, wet installation throughout, mold, shoddy roof, windows were installed wrong and wouldn't stay up, additional poor workmanship including trimming,calking, weather sealing, plumbing issues and that was not near all of the problems he found. I am so thankful that I found Eddie. He wrote a very concise and detailed report for me along with providing me with lots of pictures. I now have the necessary ammunition to go after the fraudulent sale by Mountain View Acres Mobile Home Park in Chico. I am forever grateful to Eddie for a great job.
