New York Appraisals

Initial response was fast. Been waiting 3weeks for the actual appraisal and paperwork. Getting no responses from phone, text or email. Check was cashed the next day. Scam????

They came in, walked around, and left within 10 minutes.They did not calculate the liveable sq-ft correctly because they did not include the bedroom over the garage, which is heated. I brought this to their attention.They said that they would investigate and never called back or returned any of my calls or emails.

I had a rush job. Dan got in touch with me immediately, scheduled a convenient time for the appraisal, answered my questions before, during, and after the appraisal, and came in at the price he had originally quoted. I was very happy with his performance.

Appraisar was very profesional and timely per appointment time and date. There was a slight delay in getting the final report but they kept in touch with us and always replied to our text messages promptly.There was another company that we had called who didnt return our phone call for almost a week and they were $25.00 cheaper, however we chose this company for their prompt reply and availabiltiy for our needs. Glad that we did. Definately would recommend them

I was looking for an appraisal on the current house I was renting in order to see if it would be worth buying. The appraiser Dan was prompt in keeping our appointment, and he was very professional and extremely thorough in his appraisal of the property. One business day later, I received a report showing all of the information about the property and an assessment of what it was worth and the repairs that were needed. Dan went above and beyond my expectations and delivered excellent customer service. I received exactly what I needed on this appraisal and am very happy with the results of his assessment. I highly recommend NY Appraisers!

He has very good return times and he did a thorough job. I have never had any problems with any lender rejecting his appraisal. I would recommend him.

Have not received any correspondence from this person + he wanted the money up front which I paid him + received nothing in return. Beginning to wonder if this appraiser is legal or just a fraud.
