The contractor cuts corners on both materials and working time. My flooring area is about 3500 sqft which requires 7-8 gallons of sealer, however only 4 gallons of sealer were used ! As a result, the finish did not achieve the expected look. Aldo the business owner does not come to the job site other than collecting payment. He aggressively pushed for payment during the job,

I hired Aldo and his team after purchasing a new house to refinish the hard wood floors. He offered suggestions on the color and finish. His team worked efficiently and neatly to complete the project. We were extremely pleased. After working with him on the refinishing we hired him again to replace the kitchen floor. Aldo did a wonderful job matching the wood to the existing and even upgrading the quality of years. Again, he and his team worked neatly on the removal of the existing floor, installation and finishing. The floor is stunning, matches well to the existing and we are thrilled with the end result. I highly recommend Aldo. His prices are competitive and his workmanship is amazing.

Aldo and team at Priority Flooring came EVERY time he said he would AND on time. He provided an estimate & when accepted, sent a written contract via email & text. Payment division was listed on contract with all details. The original dates he gave us were kept and finished on time. EXCELLENT work. He periodically checks during work that the owner is happy & satisfied. He said he would do a good job for us and he was a business man of his word. It was quite refreshing to work with a contractor who is highly competent, professional and I highly recommend him! I will use them again for another job. I wish all contractors were more like him.

The wood flooring is so beautiful after refinished. Aldo and team did a very good job. We cannot be happier. Aldo is also very easy to work with and gave suggestions which is very helpful. They even helped me fix the door so it won't rub the wood flooring. Very dedicated to achieve the work well and make customer happy.

Before hiring Aldo and team I got quote from multiple contactors. Aldo’s quote was competitive. More than the price the thing that I like about Aldo is his dedication to customer satisfaction. He won’t give up until the customer is 100% satisfied even if that means change of plans in the middle of the project or deviation from the original agreed contract. I decided to go with one stain finalized it, then changed my mind and tried different as the stain I liked did not look good on floor and in the last ended up mixing 3 stains to create a custom one. Aldo was very calm and cooperative in the entire process and worked with me. I would definitely hire them. One suggestion I have is wait until the poly is applied. If you not sure ask Aldo to apply poly in 1 room see how it looks and then do the entire house.

Aldo is courteous, honest, professional and takes immense pride in his work. He has all the qualities that I typically seek in a contractor and he offers his services at a fair price too. Upon completion of the project he noticed that there was a piece of wooden moulding that needed to be replaced so he told me he would return to replace it at no additional cost. I will definitely be enlisting his services for my other units in the future and I would recommend him to anybody who is looking for a professional to complete a flooring project.
