"We needed to repair or replace our front porch handrail. Tom determined that the handrail was in good shape, except for one of the legs, and said that he could repair it. He advised that the cost to repair it was about half of what it would cost for a brand new handrail. He took the handrail with him and returned the following day with it repaired, freshly painted and looking like new, and installed it. Tom did an excellent job for us. "I contacted Josh at C3 for a quote to prepare and build a flat, level, 18' by 14' base on a slope framed with 3 levels of 6 x 6 timbers to retain 3 individual layers of premium quality aggregate for superior drainage and soil stability.
