New Look Home Remodel

We hired Luke and his crew to remodel our 1920 mostly original hall bathroom. He was the low bidder of 3 bids. They completed the work in a timely manner, and the workmanship was really fine; they did an excellent job. Some communication details fall through the cracks, but Luke is easy to reach and responds quickly.

These guys did good work for us (building a kitchen from the ground up, putting in a second bathroom, and remodeling our existing bathroom) Communication can be spotty at times but generally speaking it was a positive experience. We love what they did and would strongly consider using them again for additional renovation work.

Mr.Luke is a nice gentleman available every time either on phone or personally when we need . He is very well organizer and guide us come up with great design professionally. He is good listener and very patient individual known his work very well, I'll definitely recommend him for any body who interested to up date their Kitchen or any other project.

My husband and I worked with Lucas at New Look. I thought they were great! We had all 3 of our bathrooms completely redone, including tiles and new fixtures. Their style suggestions were excellent and felt that they knew exactly what we wanted from our conversations. We got two other bids before choosing them. They were the most reasonable, timely, and personable. I would highly recommend them!

After seeing Luke's portfolio of his custom backsplashes I knew I was hooked. His knowledge of sources for tiles has lead me to have very pretty tiles well within my budget. He totally finished off my kitchen with extra touch.

My experience with New Look has been a very positive one. They exceeded my expectations. They were very timely and professional, giving us an excellent quality of work. Lukas and his crew went all out when it came to planning, quoting, following through with the work, and following up with us post project. I cannot recommend enough.

Mr. Luke Grabowski is excellent in what he does, very knowledgeable in his construction and renovation and giving advice on special cabinets and materials. He knows his business , in my opinion he's the best in the business i don't really think they come any better with such a great experience and very reasonable in prices also. Lukas was very helpful with some of the design features and recommended Iwana at Sigma Kitchen Design who as able to find matching cabinets doors for our discontinued Kraftmaid cabinets. Work was done in a timely efficient manner. Hoping to work with Lukas on future projects.

I looked at three companies to redo my kitchen. New Look Home Improvement was by far the most professional. They listened to our needs, and gave us great design ideas. Highly recommend! !
