Do NOT USE this company. Nothing but issues from installation. Didn?t contact for over a year to replace filters, when I reached out he came out and ruined our system. Master bathroom water smells, we had nasty substance in our kitchen filter that he said he was ?sending to warehouse? which he never did, and his attitude is the worst I?ve ever encountered for a group. He responded by calling ME names and refusing to fix what he had broken. I?ll be reporting this BS company to the BBB. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

As a business owner I strive to have Great Customer Service! We have over 800 customers and the goal is to do what we can to make each and everyone 100% satisfied!! Unfortunately that?s not always possible! I serviced this equipment myself and it passed every test. There was nothing more I could do. I chose to lose a customer over unrealistic expectations. Sometimes you just can?t satisfy everyone and this wa one of them! Andy

Before you sign up with any of the National brands of water softener companies I urge you to consider Andy of New Life Water for your water softening/conditioning needs. He was responsive, informative and professional. What more could you ask for from a business?

I had already bought a water softener and was just looking for someone to install it. Andy called me and was very nice and, to make a long story short, I decided to spend the extra $1300 to try his system instead. In spite of me telling him how far it is from the water source to the garage, he didn't bring enough pipe. That wasn't a huge problem, I just went to Ace Hardware and got more. He'd told me on the phone that he was going to bring a helper to help dig but when he arrived, he said the other person was busy. I told him it probably wouldn't be too hard because the pipe would be behind my hedge and he could probably just lift the mulch and fabric, put the pipe in a few inches down and then cover it back up as long as it was against the wall. Imagine my surprise when he left and there's white pipe lying on top of my brown mulch the whole length of my house. It's against my HOA regs to have them lying there within view plus it'll make it really hard to wash my windows without stepping on the pipes and breaking them. And it will also make it hard to get behind the hedges to do the trimming and cleanup. I've texted him and emailed him. He hasn't responded to me and I'm pretty sure he's just going to ignore the problem he has caused me. I tried to be nice and now it's going to cost me a few hundred dollars to fix his mess. I am not a happy camper and feel very taken advantage of.
