Ruben is not to be trusted. He did not finish the job after he was paid and he went silent on communication. Very poor businessman. Even worse, I mistakingly sent him a Zelle payment and despite numerous requests he will not send back the proceeds that were not meant for him.. Very dishonest person. Warning to allâ ¦. Bad business. His father is a nice gentlemen however Ruben Junior is a dishonest person.

We were promised out possessions would be covered. We had paint on wood floors, area rugs and throw pillows. We were painting same color so areas and trim were missed. They also used semi rough roller for smooth walls that left a pattern on the wall. They were extremely slow when dealing with that issue. The father came back and spent one day painting with correct roller but the job was never finished. Doors were painted but they did not put the same doors back in same frames so we have issues with improper fit. I also purchased the last 5 gallons of paint for the redo. Ruben made a lot of promises but did not deliver.

They did a poor job in many areas. They promised to return for touch ups but have ghosted me for almost a year now.

They are not the traditional Painting company you might expect. They start on time and early (nice change from other contractor experiences I've had). When they get there, they get right to work. The crew that worked my project was the most efficient crew at what they do and how they go about their work I've ever seen. The work is high quality, the crew was effecient and the cost was reasonable. Great experience for us. I would highly recommend Rueben's company.

Ruben and company are reasonable. They did a nice job on the exterior of my home. I would not hire them again for a garage coating. The epoxy coating they did on my garage slab did not adhere and has begun to peal off and bubble after only 1-1/2 months. Unfortunately, I can't get any response from them on the issue.

Ruben is professional, courteous, and really went the extra mile for me. I had a deadline I needed met, and it wasnâ t an easy job (covering some dark colors and previous custom finishes)... but the results were so much better than I expected! When he was working through some resource planning early on, he communicated with me daily to let me know how everything was going, which I really appreciated. The job was completed with time to spare, and they left the condo looking brand new. Everyone that has since seen the work he and his team did all think i made the right choice in hiring New Era. I agree wholeheartedly.

Did what they said the were going to do and more. Great updates and follow-ups throughout the project and finished ahead of schedule.

They did a superior job! Ruben SR and Usa went above and beyond with great preparation before painting, careful attention to detail while painting and then leaving all areas spotlessly clean when the job was completed. I am so pleased and will definitely use them for all my painting needs.
