I contracted Josue Deleon to renovate the interior and exterior of a single family residence that was in disrepair. He was professional, hardworking, and knowledgeable regarding construction practices. He completed the project timely and on budget. Mr Deleon was very conscientious about saving money. He spent a considerable amount of time researching and evaluating needed materials and supplies at the most reasonable and practicable prices. He communicated the alternatives and options for decision making. I have no reservation recommending Mr Deleon for your project. I'm confident you'll be pleased with his performance.
