They came out the week I called and did the job in 10 mins. Apparently that’s all it takes so that’s fine. They were supposed to leave a report, according to customer service, but I never got one. I wanted to know the condition of the gutters and did they find birds/debris etc. the only thing they left me was a notice saying there was a problem and to call office. That scared me. When I called they said my gutters were fine but they tried to sell me their $700 soft wash for the moss on my roof. So I guess they did a thorough job on gutters and did it on time, but how do I really know?
