I arranged with Ned Stevens to take care of my gutters for a year and paid in advance for a year's contract. The gentleman I spoke to told me the workmen would be by the first week in December, and on Nov. 15, 2025, they took $555.41 from my credit card account. The first week of December went by and no workmen appeared. When I called to inquire, I was told that my service had been rescheduled for Jan 1! I said that couldn't possible work, since my gutters (in Massachusetts) would be frozen over by then. The person (computer?) I spoke to said they would put me on the "urgent" list and try to get to me earlier. Now Jan 1 has come and gone and no workmen have appeared and no one has contacted me from Ned Stevens. What kind of outfit is this? My gutters are completely frozen over and I'm afraid we'll develop an ice jam on the roof. I am 85 years old, and my husband is 89 and has Alzheimers.

The scheduling was easy over the phone, and the person I spoke with was able to coordinate with me to determine the best service approach for the gutters as well as dryer vent cleaning. We received a notification text when the team was on the way, and they were prompt and efficient. They cleaned up and left the bag on the curb, probably only took an hour or so. I received a follow-up call to confirm the job was completed, and there was an attempt to schedule more services, which I wasn't fond of (don't like being upsold to), but the service itself and scheduling processes were great.
