Leonard and his team were fantastic. I had a swinging double door that opened from my bedroom to my balcony that was aging. I wanted it to be replaced with a sliding glass door. However, the size of the door was non-standard and required a custom door to be built. Leonard was very professional in quoting the work and very easy to communicate with. Once the door was made, the removal of the old door and the installation of the new door was done within an afternoon. Would highly recommend People's Choice.

I couldn't be more happier about my experience with Peoples Choice. The work was done quickly and it was done well. The communication was very clear and direct and, most importantly, honest. We actually had an unforeseen situation happen that expanded the project from remodeling our kitchen, to remodeling our kitchen AND primary bathroom. The new estimate for costs and timeline were not only fair, but accurate. I have never undertaken a remodeling project before, but I felt completely safe and confident with Peoples Choice throughout the entire process. I'm looking forward to the next opportunity I will have to work with them!

I cannot say enough positive things about People's Choice and about Leonard. I was given a quote which was honored and a timeline that was followed to the day. Leonard is a consummate professional who has a very keen eye and is great at problem solving if any situations arise. We used him to remodel a bathroom and a kitchen/dining room, and also had some windows replaced. His team is amazing and highly skilled and he comes to check the work to make sure that everything is progressing the way it should. I highly, highly recommend using him for any remodeling and plan on using his services again in the future for other projects I am already cooking up! I am THRILLED with my new kitchen!

We remodeled a small bathroom in Chicago condo taking it down to the studs.. Leonard and his workers were on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. He made sure we were only without a toilet for. 3 days. The workmanship was great and we are very pleased with the result. We would hire again!

We evaluated 7 contractors. PC was the most professional, reliable, reasonably priced (quotes were 6500-60000!, clean, timely and high quality. They were responsive and worked hard. I would highly recommend them to work in your house.

Peoples Choice was highly responsive (on-site project management every day) and willing to make changes where needed. The bid was spot on the actual project cost no surprises.
