HARD WORKER. HAD GOOD IDEAS TO SAVE MONEY. CLEANED UP PRETTY GOOD. THE ONLY SMALL NEGATIVE WAS MOVING THE INSTALL DATE A FEW DAYS DUE TO SCHEDULE CONFLICT.

I hired Nando to do the travertine shower stall & tub surround in my bathrooms. He gave me a good price, always showed up when he said he would, and the job looks wonderful. I would highly recommend hm for any tile work.

Nando is very responsive, pricing is competitive and he got the job done quickly, immediately and did what he said he would do. He is easy to work with and Gregorio is very hard working. The only thing I would have preferred is a silicone caulking at the junction between the tile and the commode (instead of grout). Excellent job and we would hire him again for any future projects.

Owner showed up for demo phase & informed me that he would sub out tile laying phase. 2 unlicensed tile layers performed work; 1 did a great job; the other was rude and was unable to provide perfect work on the mosaic section of my project. Owner came back with helper to grout; found multiple places after they left, where grout was done poorly on corners. Overall, not done as professionally as I had hoped.

I'm sorry you feel this way. I did not sub out the tile laying phase; Albert & Brian have been working for me for years. They are the best in this field & work under me. The mosaic part of the project was as perfect as it could be due to the lack of materials you left us with. I informed you that you needed more tile, and you told me to leave a big square open for the mirror, which actually made our job a lot harder, but we did it for you. As for the grout, I told you I did not need a cent until the job was done and you were happy. You paid me and I told you to call me if you have any problems and I still have not heard from you.
