Nando's Tile

They did a great job. I don't know much about the costs of installing tile but it seemed a bit pricey to me. That being said, I have no problems at all with the job they did. My floor is beautiful and they came back and sealed the grout for me 2 days later. Top notch customer service.

Of the four contractors I called, Nando returned my call the same day. The next day, he gave me an estimate on demoing and reinstalling a 12x24 porcelain tile floor in the guest bedroom I had done 6 days before. Nando's ability to explain the entire process of leveling my lumpy floors, and his attention to detail, convinced me getting others bids would be a waste of time. The job started very soon after, was finished quickly, and turned out beautifully. Plus, I never had to clean up after them any day they were here. When my time permits, Nando with finish the rest of the house.

Very satisfied with Nando's work. He completed the project within the proposed timeframe, cleans up each day, and follows up to make sure we are satisfied. I highly recommend his services.

Nando and his employees were polite, courteous and punctual. Exactly what I wanted, to support a local professional with expertise, experience and good value. My tile looks great and I know it will last for years. Thank you Nando. I will be calling him back to do another bathroom and more flooring upstairs wen I have the funds.

Nando did a very good job installing the backsplash in my kitchen. He and his crew were very nice to deal with. Very professional and courteous. Definitely would use them again.

I had my mater bath tiled. The tiles were not set level so where the four corners meet the tiles are all at different heights. It is visually noticeable and I can definitely feel it when I walk on it. Nando said that the job was perfect and that some people where just hard to please. I called a Tile Installation Association and they said if you can't slide a dime across the floor with out it hitting an edge then you have a lippage problem. They also said if I had an expert come and inspect it then the solution would be to have the original installer fix it. Nando is not capable of doing that so I have to live with the poor installation.

I want to, and need to, update my rating for Nando's Tile; After my previous rating of 4.5 stars for quality Nando immediately called, literally in less than an hour, and made an appointment to come back out and replace the chipped tile. Nando exemplifies customer service and truly listens to his customers. Thank you Nando! I have and will continue to recommend Nando's Tile to anyone who is looking for Quality, Customer Service, and Affordability.
