Hired this company to inspect my first home. Mike found several defects that would of Cost me a lot of money to repair if I purchased this home. I highly recommended

I used this company to inspect a house I was purchasing. The report was not thorough. The inspector did not inspect the roof as he should have. According to the report, the roof just had a few loose shingles. I was not in the home for even a month until the roof started to leak. I called a professional and was informed the whole roof needed to be replaced due to mold and rotted patches. I paid 9,000 to have the roof replaced. The inspector did not state that the roof was that bad. I would never hire this company for anything. I listened to my realtor and hired this company. My home insurance company was going to cancel my insurance. The insurance inspector noticed how deteriorated the roof was. How did that inspector notice the damage and all Phases did not? They covered themselves well. Throughout the report, it was recommended that I should hire professionals to look at the house. Why did I pay for them?

If you're looking for a thorough and complete inspection than this is who you want to use. Both my daughter and I had Mike inspect our homes and I will recommend him to all of my family and friends. He went above and beyond what he needed to do for my inspection and I'm very grateful. He also doesn't charge crazy prices like I was quoted by others.
