"Lou and Dave arrived on time to install two interlocking patio block paver walls, one larger and one smaller wall in the flower beds in the front of my home. The installation became complicated when the area that needed to be prepped was filled with tangles of tree roots from a frontage tree. Dave and Lou worked tirelessly for 5+hrs. to prepare the area. Lou arrived with a crew of three the next morning and the block patio walls were installed. The completed installation is beautiful. The two, 2' high pavers with the top cap add amazing curb appeal to my home. I would recommend Simple Touch Landscaping to anyone looking for a professional, honest, clean, and reliable landscaper. "My home was in shambles because a contractor came in ripped things apart and never returned. I was under a deadline and needed to be in my home in 3 weeks. Fioredano Construction took the job and had me in my home with 2 days to spare. The work on the inside of the house included, fixing plumbing problems caused by other contractor, remodeling the bathroom and the kitchen, installing new floors throughout, new light fixtures and ceiling fans, painting, new interior doors and much more. After I saw the beautiful job they did on the inside I asked them to take care of the problems outside too. The outside work started with crawl space structural repairs. Those repairs included cracks in the foundation, rotting wood and split beams, removing deteriorated and moldy insulation, remediating mold elsewhere in the crawl space and building new pillars. After those repairs were done, they reinsulated and encapsulated the space. They also installed new siding, new soffit, a new garage door, repaved the driveway, poured new concrete walkways, built a beautiful new deck in my backyard, installed new sod in the front yard. Their prices are more than fair, and their work is impeccable. I am thrilled with my home transformation and so are my neighbors. When you hire them, I am sure you will be just as happy as I am with your final product."

"Danny and his team are the best. His prices are reasonable. He is very honest. He starts his jobs very early, he explains the work that will be done, he is very particular and detail oriented. He makes sure that the job is done correctly. Danny has extensive knowledge about homes. He replaced a leaking pipe that lead to the roof in my attic, installed plywood in my attic for storage, repaired a leak in my roof, replaced shingles on the roof, installed ceiling storage racks and shelving in my garage and he shows you different aspects of the job as he is working on it. . Everything was done perfectly and he cleaned up when he was finished. There is nothing that he cannot do. And most of all, he is a very nice and courteous person. I will be contacting him again for additional projects."

Widened my concrete front patio, added steps, covered all with pavers & a railing by Ronald to make it easier for me to climb stairs into my home.. Installed pavers to make my walkway level & beautiful. Removed old, large shrubs, built beautiful retaining walls for landscape, replanted & rearranged existing plants, flowers for a much more pleasing appearance. Power washed old stone pathway to backyard & powerwashed moss covered concrete. Leveled an 18 ft barren area in backyard, added topsoil & Scott's premium grass seed. "Water damage from behind patio flashing caused a full replacement of 20 fr of sill plate, sheathing and concrete replacement with correct slope to ensure water drains away from home. Sam and his crew did an excellent job - arrived on time and finished with quality product. House needed to lifted to remove sill plates and it was done professionally. Concrete placement was done with high strength concrete and rubberized flashing used on all pressure treated wood that was replaced. Galvanized nails and screws were used with pressure treated wood. And all cement shingles were replaced and sealed. Long days and quality work at a fair price. Home is now secure from water damage for the future."
