We hit the Contractor Lottery when we hired Jake! All I can say is WOW!!! Jake took the original builder drab, gutted it and made it FAB!!! We could not be more pleased with how our new main floor turned out. Jake stayed on time (a little ahead!) and on budget with what he quoted us. There were NO hidden fees and changes to pricing. Jake was so patient and kind during the design process even through all of the changes I kept making (I had A LOT, I am not a decisive person!). His insight on how to use the space and working with my vision was incredible. His professionalism is second to none! Jake is knowledgeable, kind, courteous and a true professional that takes pride in every spec of work that he does. Most importantly, he is trustworthy, never once did I feel uneasy about leaving my home with work being done. Jake and all of the contractors he works with treated my home like it was theirs. Jake is the only person that I will ever have work on my home again. We are looking very forward to working with him on our basement finishing as well as updating our second level. You will not be disappointed with the craftsmanship, work ethic and reliability you will get from working with Jake!
