Excellent communication from the start til the end, I compared many companies prices and warranties and Brad the owner of Mountain View Exterior was the best! The crews were professional, on time, cleaned up all the mess and did quality work!!! I would recommend Mountain View Exteriors to my family and friends! Or anyone else looking for a New roof!

After the last storm and high winds we noticed several shingles lying in our yard and a water spot on our bedroom ceiling. I checked the reviews on several different sites on several roofing businesses. I contacted Mountain View Exteriors, based on the reviews I was looking at, and set the appointment for them to come and do an estimate. Brad came at exactly the scheduled time. He was extremely thorough and provided photos of our roof and then explained in detail our options and was honest about the pros and cons of each choice. We scheduled to have the roof done on a Monday but after several days of watching the weather I reached out to Brad and agreed to have it bumped up sooner and he even placed 2 crews on job. The materials were dropped off early in the morning, the crews and dumpster showed up at about 1:00 pm and immediately began to work and did not stop until it was finished at 5:30 pm. Our roof as now up to code and looks fantastic. The crews were polite and efficient. The attention to detail and cleanup was outstanding. I highly recommend Mountain View Exteriors.

From start to finish the level of professionalism was unparalleled. Brad and his crew were a blessing after all the horrible experiences of the past. The roof was done in one day and the gutters and clean up the next. I never imagined it could happen that quickly. I would highly recommend them if anyone had any kind of roofing issues.

We hired Mt. View Exteriors to replace an existing asphalt roof which suffered hail damage at our home in West Knoxville, TN. They were done with the job in a little over a day and one half and did a beautiful job on the removal and installation. Subsequent to the new roof being installed we had a roof vent boot failure which caused a leak into the ceiling of our guest bathroom on the second floor, and upon being notified of this Debbie immediately had one of their men out to inspect all of the roof vents and boots as well as replacing the failed unit. We had strong wind and rain two days later and the leak was completely fixed with no issues whatsoever. We highly recommend this company.
