The crew that came out to do the work A++. Damien and David went over and above what I expected and their supervisor called to ensure I was satisfied with the work. The sales person, on the other hand, was professional and willing to assist, however, once the ink dried, I found I was not as important. Harrison left me with unanswered questions regarding my scope of work discussed v/s what was actually scheduled, which may explain why there seems to still be possible issues with the floors in my home. I never did receive the call from his supervisor as I was told I would get . . . hmm

Highly recommend Mount Valley Foundation. Had to have 20 helical piers installed due to foundation issues at my Dad's house. Everyone from office staff, assessment, and team (Kenny, Blake and Thomas) working at the house were knowledgeable and professional. They did an outstanding job. They explained what they were doing and answered any questions I had.

Workers not sure about techniques to make 90 degree turns. Used hammer chisels instead of concrete saw for cuts. Made uneven appearance in existing driveway concrete. It will blend over time. Still waiting for City Inspection which is not Company's fault.

MVFS did an excellent job repairing my foundation and encapsulating the crawl space. Nathan and Roman are FANTASTIC at their job. Ask for them if you choose to use Mount Valley. You will be delighted by their professionalism and their quality of work. I was also pleased with the detailed explanation the estimator provided for my work. He was knowledgeable and listened to what my concerns were, providing a detailed explanation of the type of work required and how it would help solve my problems.
