Dave explained each step of the process and was up front about costs and time frames. The work completed was of high quality and I would recommend Motti Renovations.

Dave has been really terrific to work with and I highly recommend him! He truly cares about his customers and takes a consultative approach. Dave did great work on our front deck and after sanding and staining, it looks brand new! My wife and I appreciate this detail oriented approach and he provides quality services at a more affordable price than most. He also is very honest and genuine and has a good network of quality, trusted folks to provide services like Electrical outside his scope of work. We still have some work to do on our home which he is helping with, and are looking forward to continued quality from working with Dave.

David worked hard & was on top of the project with his hired help. Dave is very dependable and very easy to work with. His top priority during the whole renovation of my bath was to ensure that we were satisfied. They people he brings in whether its tile, plumbing, electric are all total professionals. In fact, we hired the electrician and plumber to do other side jobs.
