"The kitchen remodel started as a result of water damage. I had multiple contractors provide estimates and they either would not return phone calls or their price was exorbitant. Memo was very responsive from the start. He met my schedule to review the job and promptly got back with the estimate and time for completion. His estimate was fair and in-line with the insurance estimate. He started on-time and finished within the timeframe he estimated. The work he did was excellent. He needed to tie into a ceiling that was sand painted and he did an excellent job. The crown molding work was also excellent and much better than the original. Lastly the painting was also well done and he left the job and the place was clean. Awesome job and it exceeded my expectations. Since this work was so well done, we have had Memo remodel a full bathroom and install hardwood floors throughout our first floor. The bathroom, he resurfaced a bath tub changing the color, installed new vanity, countertop, mirror, lighting and installed ventilation. Again, an awesome job it looks fantastic. The hardwood floor installation also exceeded expectations. There were a lot of features to work around and after inspection, again flawless! Usually contractors have one or two things they are good at and this requires you to get multiple contractors involved. I was pleasantly surprised every job we have given Memo so far he has handled nicely with reasonable prices and excellent quality, care and follow through. I would highly recommend Memo for any size job!"

He was neat clean and really fast , the end result was that we got the stove installed. He did a great job at grinding out the granite countertop so the stove would fit. If youâ re looking to hire a professional this is the company you want, you will not be sorry you did. They are reasonably priced. They call in advance and when they say they will be there , they will be there. I highly recommend them."

"I knew that I needed and wanted the floor (living room / dining room combo) to be refinished, but exactly what I wanted to do was the question. Rey came in and broke down the steps that were going to happen so that I understood the process and was clear on how long it was going to take. I was very concerned with the sanding process but there was hardly any dust. I was shocked! I was undecided with the color (I knew I wanted natural but was unsure with so many tints available) Rey sanded the floor being careful to remove the baseboards and the moldings so they wouldn't be damaged. He did a coat of amber which just slightly tinted the floor without leaving it pale natural or too yellow. He then gave me the option of putting an additional coat but I loved it so much we left it. He added the top layers (sealants) and carefully put back all the molding. I can very confidently recommend Defender Flooring.
