He came out on Sunday night and fixed the problem. We had water by nightfall. No other company was willing to do the repair on Sunday.

Our well went out. Motal came out, diagnosed the problem, pulled the pipe and locked up pump, and replaced it. We had water within 24 hours of the initial call. I know that timing might not be the same for every client, but we got lucky. We were pleased by the clear, timely, and consistent communication, and the quality of the work. Paul and his team are the best! (Another well company came out first and gave us changing stories on availability. Clear, honest communication is imperative in developing trust with a vendor/service provider!)

I found the owner Paul Motal to be very honest! He needed to replace the 20 year old well pump. Using the size before, he found it didnâ t pull as much water. He said it would work for a few years but really needed more pull. He was leaving town the next day but came back the next morning to replace with a better suited pump. He didnâ t have to tell me since the pump they got would work for a while but I am so grateful that he was looking out for my best interest even though it delayed his leaving out-of-town! Also, Paulâ s workers were fast, efficient, and respectful. They also replaced the control box because it was 20 years old too and corroded! Yaayyy...I have water again!

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
