I can?t brag about the company enough! Ron and his crew have remodeled my whole house and I can?t tell you how amazing it looks. They have gone above and beyond for us it?s amazing. An example of that is by accident our daughter?s door frame got thrown out because she?s getting new doors and she had her height chart on it. One of the workers went to dump that it got thrown out in and spent 6 hours looking for it and found it. That?s unheard of! My daughter was so happy and so am I. I would recommend this company to anyone. They above and beyond to make sure you are happy and your vision is accomplished.

R&M Monster Windows was an absolute blessing. Extremely professional, very organized, accurate and overall trustworthy. This team was excellent from start to finish. Very polite and organized. Overall 12/10 they got the job done. They were clean, no trash left behind, new screw left unturned. I will be using and recommending this company again. Thanks for all the help!!

Our experience with Monster Windows and Ran Mashash was frustrating, disappointing, and costly due to unskilled workers, poor attention to detail, and lack of professionalism. They overpromise, underdeliver, and dismiss concerns with, ?Oh, we can fix that??but never do. Major Issues: ? Painting ? Uneven, splotchy, and incorrect exterior paint due to poor communication. ? Sloppiness ? Nails, screws, and trash left behind. Used our tools, damaging them. ? Skim Coating & Ceilings ? Lumpy, cracking finish, questioned by another contractor. ? Windows & Doors ? Incorrect orders, mismatched trim, and improper installations. ? Safety Hazards ? Negligence led to my senior cat needing emergency surgery. Protect Yourself: ? Verify contractor licensing. ? Check permit history. ? Pay by credit card?never cash/Zelle. ? Avoid PACE loans requiring upfront payments. Bottom Line: Expect quality? Look elsewhere.

I never thought I would find a service pro within a week, but the gentleman called immediately and check what the problem was and fixed my window problem. They did a great job will use Angi again for services like this!
