They were outstanding in every aspect of the business from office to completion today task ALL WERE OUTSTANDING and above and beyond my expectation.
Highly professional, great work, friendly, they went above and beyond to remove trees and branches from other trees. Stump grinding, and property clean up afterwards was exceptional! We highly recommend Molina Tree Service!
Great customer service
Really no communication with me. They missed a tree and two weeks later they returned to remove final tree
Horrible experience. I hired Molina's Tree Service to remove all the bushes in my front yard; remove a few trees in my backyard as designated by me; and provide mulch onsite from the trees being removed. I HIRED THIS SERVICE SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE THEY WOULD PROVIDE MULCH ONSITE FROM MY OWN TREES. I needed this mulch for my natural area in the back and my flowerbeds. This issue (mulch from my trees) was discussed ad nauseam by phone, e-mail, and written contract. In the contract, it states they were to stack the chips in neat piles." This was their contract language, not mine. I had two incredible trees for the mulch: a CEDAR tree and a HICKORY. I naturally was looking forward to getting mulch from both trees, especially my CEDAR! Well, I didn't get any mulch. The supervisor onsite showed me a small amount of mulch, and he said it was "useless." It was filled with dust and tiny green leaves FROM MY BUSHES. Earlier, I told Ethan that I (obviously) wanted them to use my prime trees (the CEDAR and HICKORY) for the mulch, NOT the debris from my bushes. Ethan scolded me and said: "you don't know how we make mulch!" Well, the "mulch" they showed me that day was completely useless. The supervisor said he would deliver mulch early the next week, but no one ever showed up or bothered to call me. I reported this to Angi. Only then, did I hear from them. NOW, they are "willing to deliver mulch from another jobsite." So they couldn't give me any mulch from MY JOBSITE, but they CAN give me mulch from another jobsite? What happened to my cedar and hickory? I ve asked to be reimbursed for the 1) mulch I now have to buy, and 2) cost of hiring someone to deliver it and put it in the areas that need it. I am not willing to accept mulch of unknown quality from another unknown property. There would be no guarantee of what this mulch might contain (e.g., pesticides), and I have an elderly at-risk dog to consider. There were other problems that day. I have one less tree now because they cut one down by mistake. My crepe myrtle is now crooked. I caught them dumping debris on another property behind mine. They broke pavers that could have been avoided. I need to be reimbursed for the mulch I was entitled to receive in accordance with the written contract. My incredible cedar and hickory trees are long gone now. This experience was a real nightmare. They broke the contact, and the way they treated me was very disturbing, to say the least.
They were available when I needed the work to be completed. They were pleasant to work with and responsive to my requests. They did exactly what I needed done in a timely manner and cleaned up all the debris.
Great estimate, crew, and customer service.
Great work!
Very good reliable and reasonably priced service.
