Frank was fantastic in everything he and his team did. The design was outstanding... much better than I envisioned and he showed us ways to keep the costs low. His team was on time everyday and we so clean as they worked. We were informed ahead of time each step of the project. His team was highly professional and worked hard every minute they were on the job. I would not only recommend them, but would be willing to show people the work they did for us if interested. Will be using them again in the near future for more work on the yard.

The experience that I had with modern landscaping was amazing! They were so helpful, gave great advice and provided quality service for a great price. They went above and beyond to give me the backyard of my dreams. They are very knowledgeable and meticulous. Couldnâ t be happier!!!

I hired Frank to do a major landscaping job on my backyard last Spring. Everything started well and he was very polite and things went well. First his workers stole our broom, then the walkway sealant did not even last a week, and when we notified Frank that the sprinkler pipe he installed was leaking he never responded. I guess once he got the money he didn?t care. Well the leaking pipe busted and flooded our backyard and we had to pay to get it fixed. Please stay away from this guy. He was nice before he got paid but would kit come and fix what was not done correctly once he got paid.

After fielding many contractors, they built the exact fence I wanted, and for the best price. I will be keeping them in mind for any future projects. I am extremely happy with my fence.
