This was a stucco repair job following a window replacement. I knew the old stucco had an unusual pattern/texture that might have been very difficult and costly to replicate, and Scott talked to us honestly about the project and what our alternatives were. We ended up not replacing the stucco there at all, but Scott did repair the stucco elsewhere and did a great job, matching the old texture there perfectly and for a *very* reasonable price. I highly recommend Modern Exteriors for anyone needing stucco repair.

Scott Nicko, owner of Modern Exteriors, Inc., and his staff did a FANTASTIC JOB. He showed up when he said he would, and he finished when he said he would. They cleaned up and picked up any and all trash, and left the property and his FABULOUS JOB behind. I WOULD HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND MODERN EXTERIORS, INC. We had them out last fall to replace the stucco around a new patio door and window. It was a small job in terms of scale and they did a great job. The real nice touch was that he matched the stucco color to the color of the painted stucco on the rest of the house. Even though I had planned on priming and painting it (and still will), it was just a nice touch... won't need as much paint now. They were in and out quickly. I would recommend them.
