I wanted a ring doorbell installed. When they got here, the tech ended up doing a full electrical inspection of our house that we didn?t ask for and wanted to go over all these prices to fix things with us. We thought he was working on the doorbell the whole time. Come to find out he had to send a different set of people to come install the doorbell. We waited on a Friday. They said it was supposed to be 2 to 4. We waited we called. We waited some more we called, nobody ever called us to inform us of anything. We talked to a customer service gentleman. He tried to call the original person that came out, the techs that were supposed to do the job, and dispatch and was unable to get a hold of anyone, so we sat here and wasted all of our time. Scheduling was pointless. Customer service via phone tried to help but to no avail.

Started the repair on a Friday and wasn?t able to finish due to power company not showing up. Was told they would come back on Monday between 8am and 10 am. 10:30 am comes by and I called, was told the technician was running behind and was wrapping up. Waited and called around 2pm, was told he was still wrapping up, called again at 5:45pm and was told I was still on the schedule and they will call me when he was on his way. 8:50 pm comes and I called again and after a 5 min hold was told that there was a family emergency and there was no one that can come and finish the job until the next day. Their gaurentees mean nothing, do not go with these guys.

The first person who came out for the estimate tried to upsell me to do electrical work throughout my entire house that would have cost $10k+ and was pushy but the installation crew was great who did my ceiling fan and entry way replacement.
