Poor Frank had to deal with a madwoman in my house. Me. He came, explained how he would get rid of the birds and nesting in my attic and also how he'd deal with the pest problem. I was out of my mind. I have a definite aversion to bugs. He not only reassured me that he would absolutely take care of the situation ,he also patiently dealt with my insanity. He did a wonderful job all around. Everything as promised. I am very happy that he was the 1st to respond to my request and that I had the pleasure to meet and hire him.

Frank took the time to explain why I was experiencing the issue with Wasps. He did a thorough inspection and unlike my previous company quickly discovered what was going on. Hired him immediately.

Frank was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly how to approach the issue with carpenter bees . He was pleasant and down to earth; explained everything in easy to understand terms. In the past, I have used a local exterminator for mice, bees, birds in the attic....from now on, I'll be calling Mission.
