Frank is a very honest owner. I called him to inspect my house because we had seen some carpenter ants inside the house. He did a complete inspection in a very detailed way and explained what he was looking for. He was honest enough to tell me that I did not need any work at this time. When is the last time an exterminator said that to you? He will be my "go to" guy for pest exterminating from now on.
