We called Frank based on reviews we found at homeadvisor.com. It definitely was the best thing we could have done to get fid of fleas. We have tried a variety of off the shelf products and none of them worked to our satisfaction. Frank came over, explained everything and quoted us for the job. He answered all our questions in a very professional manner, his quote was very reasonable. Once hired, he was prompt, courteous and, once again, very professional. And he DID get rid of these pesky fleas!!! We will definitely call him back with all our future pest problems, but, hopefully, we don't have to... We highly recommend Mission Exterminating and Frank.

Frank cares deeply about his work. We may not have started on all positive note, but his constant follow up to set things right even if you thought something was wrong to begin with, is something you don't see with other vendors. He serviced my house for bees and other insects and gave a 90 day warranty as well. I don't see those bees anymore.

I heard what I thought was a bird or possibly a raccoon/squirrel in my attic. I also had an issue with yellow jackets under the deck in the yard. I called Frank the next morning after finding his business on BBB. He was able to inspect my home. He determined we did not have an animal in the attic which was music to my ears! He suggested that the sound may be coming from air conditioning machinery. He then inspected the deck and treated it with a dust that was designed to get rid of the bee situation.He guaranteed his work for three months. From the minute we spoke on the phone Frank was professional, honest and personable. I felt extremely comfortable asking questions. He answered every question with clarity and patience. I do not like anything that flies near or in my house so thank you Frank for handling this for us! I will definitely recommend his company to our friends.

My home was infested with ants. I called a local exterminating service. They were high priced and once they were done spraying pushed to sell me a reoccurring plan to keep the ants under control. I declined the service and after 3 weeks my home was again infested with ants. Mission Exterminating was referred to me. When I called I spoke with the owner, Frank Monteforte. He was personable and accommodating schedule wise. His price was extremely reasonable, he was able to give me an appointment quickly and when he came, proceeded to inspect and explain to me what he thought the problem areas were and how he was going to treat them. I appreciated him doing that . He was not a pushy salesman. He said that within a few days my ant problem would resolve itself and he did. I am happy to report that since his visit in May I haven't had any ants in the house. We had an emergency when hundreds of wasps somehow got into our bedroom through a nest they were building in the ceiling. We were desperate to get someone here in a hurry. We got really lucky being paired up with Frank. He came almost immediately, explained exactly what we were dealing with, and put us at ease. His service couldn't have been any better and his price was fair. He followed up with us by coming to remove and vacuum out the dead nest from the ceiling and provided us with a guarantee like no other. He was personable, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I'm almost wishing we have another bug attack so I have an excuse to call him back.
