misunderstanding about what was inculded

When he came he told me what needed to be done to our pool, he didn't sell me anything that I didn't need to get, he told me about the pool itself and when he would recommend for it to be fixed, there is nothing wrong with it now, he showed us how to take care of it and when the chemicals need to be put into the pool, he will come back once a month to make sure that we are doing it right and he will help us get the pool ready for winterization. He was very knowledgable, helpful, he likes what he does and he is very good at what he does, I would recommend him to people, we are out of his area and he told us it would be costly but we don't mind for he took care of our pool and helped us become a little more knowledgable out taking care of our pool. Thanks Mikey you are our lifesaver and we are happy to have finally found someone who knows about pools and to help us if we need him.

Mike from Mikey's Pools was great. I bought a heater at the end of last season and needed to hook it up when I opened my pool this year. I also have a salt system. I didn't have any idea how to open up the pool. Mike came out and took care of everything and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using him to close my pool this year and open it next year.

These guys did a great job of getting back to me and getting me on their schedule even during the busy memorial day season - they do excellent work

Mike communicated very well, was very timely and efficient. Very good value for the good job that they did. I will definitely use him to open pool in spring.

Money is a pleasure to work with. He took our pool from looking like a swamp (we just moved into the home) to a crystal blue oasis ready for swimming. He truly cares about his customers and regularly checked in to see how everything was going in regards to the progression of the pool. We only had one small oversight that led to a unnecessary cost that we believe could have been avoided but it was an understandable error. Overall we certainly recommend Mikey's Pools to anyone who asks.

Opened our pool. Mikey was knowledgeable and also gave us tips for pool maintenance. Pool was also cleaned. However, one suggestion would be to perform a more thorough clean of the bottom of the pool. Once the pool was clear a few hours after administering chlorine, we found a lot of debris still on the bottom of the pool. That was the only area of improvement we saw with quaity of work. Only other issue we ran into was a slight miscommunication on the appointment date, which may have even been my mistake. I would suggest calling maybe 24 hours before to confirm. Will likely hire again!
