From the initial call to the completion of the job Mike was very thorough and professional. He really knew the pool operations and was able to figure out my pool issue quickly and completely. He was able to come out same day that I called and he even followed up the next day to be sure all was good (no one in this business has ever done that for me or the rest of my family who also owns pool!) Very personable too! Great job!

Mike is the consummate professional! From the get-go, he was on top of the whole project. He was courteous on the phone, when I was setting up the appointment. He was flexible about the time of the appointment and VERY accommodating! Once he arrived, he and his associate (I'm sorry that I don't remember his name) were fast, efficient, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all of my questions (and didn't make me feel stupid about asking them, which is a pleasant change). Mike told us to call or message him with any questions, and he actually responded promptly and courteously every time. He has since checked back (unprompted by us) to make sure everything is still running smoothly. You can trust Mike to do good work and to STAND BY IT. I will call him again, without hesitation, in the Fall to close our pool down for the winter. Thanks, Mike!

Out of all the companies I contacted, I got a call right away from Mike. He worked with me on a Date and Time, that I had to change. He got me a new one right away. He sent an employee with 25 years experience who absolutely knew his pools. Highly Recommended if you want no hassle, and someone to work with you on a pool.
