Mike Belden was our technician. He was thorough and explained the problem. Ordered us a new driver and installed it. Had a couple minor problems after due to a USER error. Mike came right out and fixed the problem. Extremely timely service and he was a delight to deal with! Would recommend Ideal IT Group in a heartbeat....Thanks Mike! Patti Kearns

Mike was a friendly pleasant guy. When I called him I explained there was a time constraint, that I had a dental appointment so he had a 90 minute window to complete the job. I further explained I was just looking for a diagnosis of the problem, that my son would take care of the fix. Mike was confident he?d identify the problem within an hour. Mike gave it the old college try but at the end of 90 minutes my computer was completely dismantled and I didn?t have a definitive answer of the problem. Mike did say he ?had never seen this before?, not something you want to hear from your doctor or the computer guy you just paid $120 to help you. The most he could do was speculate the problem was either the cpu, the motherboard, or both. His money was on the motherboard. He gave me a range of prices for replacements for those parts then said to give him a call to let him know what I wanted to do. I told him I?d tell my son of Mike?s hypothesis and go from there.

I'm very grateful to have found Mike, who came to my home and fixed and set up my new TV, got my laptop unclunky, hooked up my printer, and Bose speakers wirelessly, and this was all done expeditiously. Because Mike knows tech stuff and is professional. Highly recommend him and his expertise.

Mike really knows his stuff! My HP all-in-one became unusable, and he came to my house to troubleshoot it. He found a tiny crack in the monitor, which made the pc useless (I'll never get another all-in-one)!! Mike disassembled the all-in-one, removed the hard drive, and transferred all the hard drive data onto my laptop. All my data was saved! I highly recommend Ideal IT Group for all computer repairs!!!

I called midday on the Friday after Thanksgiving about a problem with the hard drive on the computer I use at home for teleworking and got a service call within a few hours. I learned I needed a new Hard drive and it was all done and back up and working by Monday morning. Outstanding quality of service!!!

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
