It is Jeremys vision, down to earth nature, and quality materials that sold me. He transformed my 70s looking house into a modern work of art. We had aluminum siding and cedar panels replaced with Vinyl Siding and Vinyl shakes, replaced the gutters, garage door, back door and installed shutters. There were 6 companies that we met with and 5 of them wanted to just overlay the old siding. Jeremy was the only one that was on board with me to remove all the existing siding and had the idea to redesign the front of the house by removing the wood boxes that surrounded each of the front windows. Putting his ideas to life was not an easy feat as his crew ran into several obstacles: removing wood attached by glue, stucco was under some of the siding making attaching the siding and shutters difficult, bees and birds nests under the wood and water damage in the back of the house. He kept me up to date daily on the work done and put me at ease on the problems that were uncovered. Never once was I told that the problem could not be solved. I can't thank him and his crew enough for replacing all the damaged wood and supporting beam rotted from the water damage in the back. Without their carpentry skills, honesty and attention to detail I would have had to deal with fixing the siding again in a few years as the wall would start to fall apart. Jeremy always made sure I was happy with the work and answered any questions I had. Adding the shutters was a last minute decision to further enhance the look of the house - it really made it all come together. I am so happy I went with Sensible Home Products. We love our new house!!!!!"

"My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."
