"Herbie was so good about keeping me informed of what he was doing to my laptop. He was able to retrieve most of my data before replacing the hard drive. When I got it home and for some reason, the batterie would not charge. I called we discussed the issue and he ordered a replacement. I will probably hear from him today to get it installed. I feel confident I have found my Computer guy and would recommend for sure."

"I called midday on the Friday after Thanksgiving about a problem with the hard drive on the computer I use at home for teleworking and got a service call within a few hours. I learned I needed a new Hard drive and it was all done and back up and working by Monday morning. Outstanding quality of service!!!"
